Traditional Hummus

1 can of chickpeas
1 tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
pinch of salt
Drain and rinse chickpeas
Add chickpeas to a food processor
Add tahini, salt, blend for 30 seconds, scrape down the sides as needed then blend for another 30 seconds
Turn on the blender and add oil and lemon juice by tablespoon alternatively until all the oil and lemon juice has been added
